ABOUT THE RANKS:
President: The creator and lead of the Welcoming Comitee. You cannot move up to this rank.
Administrator: The highest possible rank to earn. For members who have sent 150 welcome messages or more. Usually helps the President. 10 is the largest amount of administrators allowed.
Moderator: For members who have sent 100-149 welcome messages. Moderators help with small jobs. 15 is the maximum amount of Moderators.
Member: You can choose to stay a member if you don't want to be promoted, because members don't have responsibilities aside from sending messages. For those who have sent 1-99 messages.

why do ppl have to send welcome messages..why dont you just have it so that a new member automatically gets a message
